Lucien Dawson

Lucien Fitzgerald Dawson is a Belizean leader, writer, and business development professional
with 15 years of diverse experience.
Based in Belize City, he began his career at St. John’s Credit Union Limited, advancing from Junior Clerk in the Collections Department to the institution’s first appointed Marketing Officer. He later served as a Marketing Specialist for Belize’s largest general insurer before answering a divine call to pursue entrepreneurship and ministry.

Lucien is the Administrator for Just 1 Global, founder of the Run-Free Program, and the visionary behind Effortless Memories, an all-inclusive event-planning firm, and L. Fitzgerald Communications, a consulting firm specializing in marketing and communications. Passionate about storytelling, he uses social media to share people’s stories and highlight God’s transformative power.

Married to Stephanie and father to Zemyr and Zaphir, Lucien is committed to fostering Belize’s development through the collaboration of small and medium enterprises, effective church leadership, and mental health advocacy—all rooted in his faith in Jesus.
